I'm looking for someone female to take over half of the lease in a two-bedroom one-bath apartment a block from Division and Ashland. Rent is $687.50 plus utilities. Apartment is huge and awesome. Roommate is a lovely gal named Elizabeth. Neighborhood is great. Public transportation is thirty seconds out the door. Move-in would be Feb. 1, lease runs out in May, with option to renew.
