Grandma June's Sewing Circle is Chris Bragg, Mike Gillett, Sherra Lasley, Matt Lovin, Matt Micou, Melanie Sampson, and John Sviokla. Mondays at 8pm Apollo Theater Studio Stage (2540 N. Lincoln Ave.) Tickets $15, $12 for students more info at www.apollochicago.com or call 773-935-6100 www.grandmajunessewingcircle.com www.myspace.com/grandmajune Nashville is a Kentucky-based country-rock combo comprised of three members: Chester A Pickwick, Maximillian Barfield, and Billy Picadilly. No, I miscounted. There are four members--the fourth being America. Nashville's music has one message: freedom, equality, compassion, self-expression, and perseverance. Their mission is to soul-fuck each and every listener so that their message may be heard and understood, and that equality may be returned to the human race. Nashville: Champions of Rock and Roll Freedom and Liberty. |
