Roommate Wanted $495

I live in a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The available room is the master bedroom, so it is pretty big and has an air-conditioner. Street parking is available and the Montrose Brown Line and #22 bus are close-by. Target and Jewel are also just three blocks away. Utilities are usually $60-$100/month and include heat, electric, cable and internet. There is a $500 deposit. The lease is month-to-month.

As a roommate, I am an easy-going person. I do improv and sketch-comedy and like to write. I am very passionate about music, movies and sports, and very knowledgeable of all three. My ideal roommate would be someone who is respectful and cooperative in keeping the place clean. I'm not anal, but don't like it when living conditions deteriorate to disgusting levels.
