Frequency TV(frequencytelevision.com)is the television station for Columbia College. We are producing a 6 episode half hour sitcom in our studios this summer and of course we need actors. The series will be shot over a six week period this summer with each episode shot in one day. The show takes place at a Social Work agency where not much Social work takes place. The first episode will be shot on July 22 with the following episodes shot on July 29, August 5, August 12, August 19 and August 25. There will be rehearsal time for about a month before.

These are the characters that we are casting for:

Kathy- (40ish to 50ish white female) Kathy is arrogant, uncaring and judges the people she is supposed to help. Her rather rich family owns the agency as a tax write off. The family has put Kathy at the agency because it was where she could least screw up the family's billions.

Jeff - (Mid 20's white male) New General Director for the agency. Jeff can be strong willed but also a bit socially awkward.

Anne - (Mid 20's white female) Assistant Director. She is Kathy's daughter but chooses to work at the agency. She is kind and a little embarrassed of her family's wealth and wants to really help the poor.

Michelle (30-40ish female) Michelle is the office manager and in charge of special seminars. Sweet and naive, she is in awe of Kathy but wants the rest of the staff to like her.

Paul "Zayne" (20ish to 30ish male) Paul is a failed stylist/ flamboyant but straight.

Andy(20ish to 30ish male) Fundraiser for the agency but painfully shy.

Eleanor(mid 30 to 40ish female) Hypochondriac in charge of health services.
