Roommate Needed for September $580 rent, washer/dryer and dishwasher included
I live in a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment (near iO and Annoyance) with a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen. The available room is the master bedroom, so it is pretty big and has its own air-conditioner. Street parking is available and the Montrose Brown Line and #22 Clark bus are close-by. It is next to a 7-Eleven and Dunkin' Donuts and Target and Jewel are just three blocks away. Utilities are usually $60-$100/month and include heat, electric, cable and internet. There is a $580 deposit.
As a roommate, I am an easy-going person. I do improv and sketch-comedy and like to write. My pass-times are music, movies and sports, and very knowledgeable of all three. My ideal roommate would be someone who is respectful and cooperative in keeping the place clean. I'm not anal, but don't like it when living conditions deteriorate to disgusting levels.
