Could you be our next roommate? We are looking for someone to start in August. Rent is $420/month. We can go month to month if you are in town for the summer intensive and you are looking to extend your stay in Chicago. Ideally, we would like someone that would be a fit for the long term.

Are you quiet, clean, nice, funny and can pay rent on time? Great! Then it might be a fit.

Large room. Nice light. Kitchen, Living room and three bedroom total (first floor). Two nice guy improvisers. Near public transit that will get you to all major improv theaters. Bike friendly. No pets. No drugs, despite the clever price. I can send you pictures of the room if you e-mail.
