Who is the Administrator right now?

This forum seemed like the most appropriate forum for this question; apologies if there's a more appropriate forum.

I'm trying to get information on ad space on CIN. The forum rules list Socrates as an admin, but he hasn't logged in since May and emails to the Contact Us link have gone without reply. Whom do I contact now?
