Roommate needed for apartment near SC

Hey friends,

My roommate is moving back to his home state and have a room available. It's a garden apartment three blocks from Second City (tons of grocery stores and shops) and right behind the brown line (as well as near buses and not too far from the red line).

It's $525 plus heat (generally never more than $60 each which is winter months) and electricity and water is included. We can talk cable and/or internet etc. and is available Sept 1.
