Roommate Wanted! $500/month in Andersonville (mid August or Sept. 1st)

Hey, y'all! I am looking for a new roomie. I live at Ashland and Winnemac and it's half a block to the 22 bus (taking you right to iO) and Annoyance is only a 8 minute walk away. The Argyle Red Line stop is about an 8 minute walk away, too.

The $500 is including utilities (but it fluctuates with the seasons, but not too badly).

I'd love to live with another improviser, which is why I'm posting here on CIN! I mainly work from home as a video editor, but I go out every now and then to do video shoots.
