transcribing with voice recognition software

Does anybody own or have experience using Dragon MacSpeech Scribe or any other voice recognition software? I'm looking into buying something along those lines in order to transcribe from video.

If you've done anything similar, I'd love to hear any endorsements/warnings/tips as far as what program would be best--and if anyone owns one already with an extra license, I might be interested in buying one. Thanks guys!
