Near the 36, the 151, and the 147. Close to Target, Jewel Osco, Dominicks, and the lake.

Room is big and spacious, 15x10. Enough for a couple.
Restaurants and bars all near by.

Apartment is very open and roomy. 1,500 sq ft.
The kitchen is a gut rehab, so new appliances and marble counter tops.
Bathroom is nice and big with tons of storage. Has dining room.

Intercom, 5 minute walk to the Annoyance and 10 minute train ride from iO. CIC is not far and neither is Second City.

Jewel, Dominicks, and Target are extremely close by. 36 Broadway bus is a block away.

Roommate is 26, works at Groupon. He's also a fellow improviser, fun guy.
I'm moving out to go back to California, need someone responsible to take my spot.

Rent is $650 + utilities (which is usually around $15-20) per month. Deposit of $650 is needed.
Lease ends in August, but can leave around July. Also can renew after.
