Sirens Scenework and Character Workshop - THIS THING WILL ROCK !

THIS IS WHAT SIRENS WILL DO FOR YOU !

In this fast-paced three hour workshop, participants will receive individual attention in their scene and character work, identifying areas of strength and targeting areas for further development. This workshop is designed for female improvisers who have found themselves stuck in improv ruts and wish to kickstart their performing to the next level. We will focus on strong character driven monologues and scenic initiaions. You'll be pushed to stand alone and stand out in a group

Participants will benefit from notes that are not only positive but will also yield results, all while playing in a supportive all female environment. Participants will be working within the form Sirens is currently performing in their critically acclaimed show, “Chicken Scratch,” at the Apollo Theater. We couldn’t be more excited to teach this workshop, and we want lots of excited ladies to be there !


The workshop will be taught by Siren Beth Melewski (Second City Denver, iO, Baby Wants Candy) and Siren Erin McEvoy (Second City Denver, iO, ComedySportz Chicago)
