Default The VP debate

Republicans and conservatives have suddenly been crying foul over the choice of PBS's Gwen Ifill as debate moderator.
She has been the bipartisan chosen moderator since August of this year. Before Obama's nomination, before McCain's and before Biden and Palin.
..But suddenly Ifill has a 'conflict of interest' and therefore shouldn't be trusted. Because she has been writing a book called "Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama"
Now, Ifill has made no secret about the upcoming book she has written and is releasing, and in fact it has been public knowledge since July of this year.

None of Ifill's critics have even read her book, as it has yet to be released.

But let's not let their obvious ignorance detract from their knee-jerk outrage and indignation. Yes, conservative pundits everywhere already have their collective panties in a bunch, saying we've been suddenly 'blindsided' by this black woman who 'clearly has a liberal bias' and will no doubt do everything she can to subvert Sarah Palin during the VP debate.

So, just so you know going into the debate; if/when Sarah Palin makes herself look like an uninformed idiot up there? Guess who the right-wing pundits and Republicans are going to use as their scape-goat in the ensuing days.

'That terrible Gwen Ifill person'.
