My roommate is moving in w/ his woman at the end of the month leaving a vacancy here. The place is a two bedroom, and each of us have our own living rooms-- separated by a hallway with doors. It's kind of like two one-bedroom apts. put together, but we share a kitchen and bathroom. Hence, he can play music/movies/video games very loud, and I don't hear a damn thing (and t'other way 'round).

-Minutes from the Damen Brown Line (even closer to the eventually reopened Montrose Brown line), Metra (Ogilvie in 19 minutes)

-Real close to: Jewel, a bank, coffee, 2 pizza places, 2 all-night diners, Chinese food, Thai food, laundry, Cornservatory, Lincoln Square, and lots of other stuff including the greatest late-night bar north of Fullerton- Oakwood.
