Rent is $1045, without utilities (only water's included.) These apartments were gut rehabbed two years ago so everything is still pretty brand new. The place is on Sunnyside and Sheridan (basically behind The Spot and steps from the nice Jewel on Montrose.)
The place is available any time in June, or starting July 1 if you need a lease starting then (we bought a place and are moving in early June.)
