"If you could eliminate one habit you have, what would you stop doing?"
I think I would stop shoving chocolate in my face every chance I get.
And cheese.
I would stop shoving chocolate and cheese in my mouth every chance I get.

I don't know if this qualifies as a habit so much as a social phobia, but I would stop keeping to myself at events where I don't know many people.

Chewing my nails and cuticles.
Is procrastination a habit? I pick that!

i would stop biting my nails. IF ONLY I COULD.
how do you stop a life-long habit, anyhow? seriously. i don't even know if my nails would grow normally, if i ever stopped messing 'em up.

I don't know if this would work for you but when I was little I bit my nails for a few months and my dad said if I quit he'd buy me a Ken doll (which I wanted) and I quit and he did. It was work out Ken and I remember sitting by the fire when he walked in the door with him. (not hand and hand...it wasn't like a life size Ken doll...I just mean the package) When you squeezed his arms they buldged muscles.

Sorry I'm late to the game.
If I could, I would stop the nasty habit I have of tearing ligaments and tendons.
