My name is Bryan Bowden. I'm a 29 year old 5th grade teacher and improviser. My roommate is running off with his GF and leaving me with an empty room to fill by June 1st. The apartment is on the corner of Lawrence and Hermitage.

Its close the Damen stop on the brown line, the Lawrence stop on the Red line and the Ravenswood stop on the Metra. There is also plenty of street parking for cars and a locked storage area for bikes in the basement.
