Anyone good at or know anyone who is good at diagnosing damaged computers to see what is still good?

Example: Hypothetically let's say I dropped my computer down a flight of stairs...like, hilarious to watch it bounce on every stair until you think "wait, that is exspensive..." and shit yourself. I say "hypothetically" loosely...because it happened. I turned it on and got the pre-windows boot up screen (BIOS) the first time...then never saw it again. I've checked to make sure all the cables are plugged in and all that.

So, best case scenario, the hard drive is effed and I have parts to potentially sell (RAM, Motherboard, TV Tuner card, DVD burners, etc.)

HP Media Center m7160n Photosmart is what the PC is.

If you or someone you know is good at figuring that stuff out, please help. Better yet, if you or someone you know is always building PCs and wants to buy this for parts DEFINITELY let me know.

Thanks!
