'the nine-year conversion'
a comedy about Emma, a curious 9 year old girl raised in a strict Catholic family, who decides to convert to Judaism after finding out that she shares her birthday with Anne Frank.
EMMA FLYNN, 9, innocent girl, breaking out of her regular routine, in search of new thoughts and ideas; determined to express her current state of mind and faith.
MARGARET FLYNN, late 30s, emma's mother; strict, observant Catholic; jolly and comfortable in her practices.
JOHN FLYNN, 40s, emma's father; conservative and narrow-minded seeks any solution to bring his daughter back into the practice of Catholicism.
SISTER MARY CHARLES, 60s, emma's teacher; senile and unenthusiastic about teaching the young brats in her daily midst.
ABRAHAM, late 40s, warm and friendly Hasidic Jew who attempts to welcome emma's curiosity of the Jewish faith.
FATHER MONTE, 60s, strict Catholic-law abiding priest who does everything in his power to bring Emma back to Catholicism.
