It’s all about YOU: Solo Improvisation Intensive
Saturday July 5th & Sunday July 6th, 10am-5pm.
Tuition is $185.
Prerequisite is a year's worth of previous improv training.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Learn to present a killer monologue, to deepen your character work, and to trust yourself onstage. You will explore techniques to support and expand your improv work by distinguishing and then tapping into your own style of playfulness – and your own improv voice. By working without a partner or ensemble, you will gain valuable insight into your strengths and weaknesses that you can apply to group work, solo work, or even in developing written material.
About the instructor: Andy Eninger is a playwright, actor and director and has taught improvisation and sketch courses for the Second City Training Center for 6 years. His improvised solo performance “Sybil” has been seen across the country. He is currently creating a book on solo improvisation.
