How do I stream a video?

I want to stream a video of a rehearsal so I can watch it at work. It's a couple hours long but I don't know how to do that. Anybody know where I would start?

I have one of them LaCie ethernet hard drives which has its own static IP address, so theoretically I could access it from away - though I've not tried it yet. Probably an easier way that doesn't involve buying a drive, but that's what I've got.

There's probably a video service out there that will host it. I know google video lets me put a whole longform set on (25-30) minutes. Vmix.com and Veoh.com both take pretty long videos.
