They can't hit right now, but the sox are much better then I thought they would be. I know their record isn't great (and it isn't going to get better due to theier april schedule), but I think if things break right, this is a playoff team. Their starters asked Stella, and she told them where they could get their groove back.
That said, CC Sabathia is the biggest fattest great pitcher of all times. Here's the silver medal David Wells. Don't eat it. I watched the game yesterday, and he has to be at least three and half spins. That guy is humongo. Glad to have you on the fantasy squad fatty mc CC.
Color me surprised and happy about the sox. Now anytime the weather wants to cooperate and let me me attend a game sans goretex, that would be cool.
Now the cubs can't hit either, but I'm not a rosey on the cubbage. Why I don't know. Maybe a Cub fan can fill me in. They just seem to be finding ways to lose. Which is always bad.
Which is weird. Because, Lilly is much better then anyone expected. Zambrano is crazy (the bad kind) but he is too young not to be good. Wade Miller is pile of dung. Marquis is Marquis. And Rich Hill is the real Mccoy.
So honestly, in the NL, I like their staff. Decent. I like their pen. Howry will figure it out. I don't know if Eyre will. Dempster looks good. It looks like everyone won with the Cotts Aardsma trade.
Maybe its their middle relief that will be the Cubs downfall. It seems like they can't get anyone out from innings 6 to 7.
That, and the NL Central is going to be pretty fiesty.
Ok, now you Cub/Sox fan.

PS. How hard is it (if you are a Cub fan) not to root for Josh Hamilton. I'm looking in Goody's general direction on this one for waxing poetry.
That and, sorry, Ben Johnson, the Nationals may be the worst team I've ever seen.
