Someone (I think Rich Prouty?) was asking about this a few months ago, and I was like "yeah it's broke, no solution". I found it by digging around, apparently there's no handy tool anymore and you gots to get in a line to have someone do it manually:

Note that you may lose your profile's custom format, so copy and paste all that stuff into a text file before you ask for it.
