Hello, fellow radical dudes/babes.
I am Thomas Middleditch. On June 9th I'll be leaving for the NCL Dawn for 4 months. I would like a subletter for my place and thought to extend my initial invitation to the Chicago Improv community. So please, if you yourself aren't looking for a place, forward this to someone you know who is. About the place:
It is RIGHT by iO. 728 W. Waveland Ave. You get to take a few steps past Wrigleyville and into Boys Town (or Boyz Town, holla!). My current roommates are Sonja (a young professional/student) and Baz (who works at iO with Charna and Mike). Anyone who's been in my place can attest to its size in that it is large. Two living rooms, three bedrooms (you'll be getting the smaller one but it has a half bathroom in it), sun deck, back porch, fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher...PLUS...
Since you're subletting from me, you'll have access to all my cool shit like my PC (don't FUCK IT UP YOU SHITBAG), my Xbox 360, my huge plasma TV, and the responsibility of watering my plants!
NOTE: There IS a cat. She is emotionally weird. Her name is Zuzu. It's Sonja's and therefore not your responsibility. The building does not allow dogs, sadly.
The rent is $500 a month (a steal considering the quality of the place, the location, and the roommates) plus utilities. Currently, "utilities" include: cable internet, gas and electric.
