Characters:
-These are spec webisodes that are :30 and shorter. If the webisodes were picked up by Cricket, they would then play on the internet only for 1yr and talent would receive a usage payment of $1000 flat for men and $550 flat for women.
-These webisodes will be directed by Alex Fendrich, Great guy/great improviser.
-The webisodes are about a fictitious band called “The Noverages”. The band consist slacker guys who live in the ‘burbs. Whether they know it or not, they got the band together to give themselves a real identity, a real voice, as they enter man-hood. They spend a lot of their time talking and texting girls who, for the most part, will not give-it up to them.
All Characters need to look like high-school/early-college students, willing to consider older 20’s if they look young. Everyone should have improv experience and/or great comedic timing. It’s a huge plus if the men play an instrument however it’s not necessary.
All roles are open to any ethnicity (please mark ethnicity next to name)

TOMMY: Rocker. Lead singer and lead guitarist. He is the only one who is really serious about the band. He wishes he looked like Joey Ramone, a real-rocker, but doesn’t. He sports tight jeans and awesome tattered T-shirts. He is smart, but doesn’t want to go to college.
THAD: Keyboardist (beginner) Thad is overly excited about being in a band. He is a little dorky, but a little bit awesome. He is tall and dons thick-rimmed glasses. Sometimes he is extremely focused because of his A.D.D medicine. He also loves his mother. He wears sarcastic black T-shirts. Ideally tall & skinny
GUS: Gus is that guy who hangs out and talks/text on his phone a lot. Sort of band manager-sort of a guy who has nothing to do. He has a good attitude.
CRAIG: Bass Guitar. Sarcastic. Sensitive. A stoner type of guy who loves his guitar and writes in a journal. He got a tattoo to piss off his mom. His jeans have a lot of holes. His guitar is purple, because he once met a chick that liked purple. He sometimes sneaks away to talk to his girlfriend. Ideally has big hair.
2-3 GIRLS: Female, Giggle-y. Attractive., very outgoing and fun
