I am selling things out of my pretty, sunny, spacious studio so that I can live in a tiny, dingy, windowless (pretty much) apartment in SOHO in NYC.

Kenz, will you fucking take and post pics of your table/chair set. It's like you are trying to avoid selling them. You have a potential buyer right here... JUST DO IT!

How much sexing has that futon seen in Chicago (not with DeWalt!)?

The amount of sexing will directly impact my interest in purchasing it. IE, more sexing = Vinnie's propensity to buy.
