Hello!

My name is Trent Pancy. I used to do a lot of improv in Chicago, but then I met and married a Finnish woman who convinced me to move.

I have since started performing and producing shows in Finland. My team JadaJada Improv (pronounced like Yadda Yadda) is putting up an International Improv Festival in May of this year.

We are looking for one QUALIFIED improv instructor to come to Finland and teach some good ole fashioned Chicago Style Improv. If you are the right person, we will fly you out, pay for your housing, give you a per diem for meals, and pay you a minimum of 100 euros/workshop for a minimum of 2 three hour workshops. Our thought is that a Chicago-based teacher will help draw teams in from around Europe, so we need someone legit.

I know that the compensation isn't much, but we are seeking an UP and COMER (perhaps a newer teacher at iO or SC) who is looking to beef up their resume. Plus, its a free trip to Finland.

Now, there is NO guarantee that we will even hire anyone at all, but we would love to. Here are the prerequisites:

-Have Extensive and Noteworthy Improv Experience
-Have Extensive and Noteworthy Improv Instruction/Coaching Experience
-Be able and willing to teach TWO three-hour workshops in one day

If you are interested, please send me your headshot, resume and a description of the class you would propose to teach. Also, a short "Improv Teacher's Bio" would be lovely.

You can send them to trentpancy (at) gmail (dot) com.

You can find more info on my team here: www.jadajadaimprov.com and a very small amount of info on the festival here: www.finlandimprovfestival.com

Thanks!

Trent
