Is it me or are there not actual game instructions?

I see the faq and it has strategies, but doesn't really say a lot of basic stuff. For example:

What is a Warp Editor?
What is a Beacon?
What is an Emergency Warp Device?

Is there a link that actually has "instructions"? Thanks!

check out that site...it is a forum...but there is info there

warp editors will delete or great warps between sectors
beaons i dont remember

and Emergency Warp Devices realspace you to a random location if you get attacked while you are off line
