Just start calling them every day and you will be on "the list"!

This actually makes me angry. Its almost like they are being lazy by saying "well, we don't like dealing with this person, so we'll just stop providing them with service."

And I doubt that Sprint's service contracts include a part that says "We have the right to terminate your service if you start being annoying."

I'd be surprised if the contract doesn't have a catchall type phrase that says they can terminate a contract for any reason they see fit.

I hate frivolous sueing in practice. I think there are a bunch of crap lawyers out there getting rich and wasting people's time. And the US as a culture is way too Sue-happy.

But in theory I hope some lawyer in some courtroom hopefully in the south with jourors fanning themselves, "Ladies and Gentlemen of the supposed jury, My client is clearly not annoying. A jerk, an asshole, maybe. But not annoying!"
