$485 a month for a 3rd floor, 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Andersonville. Apartment is at the corner of Foster and Clark, located above a sushi restaurant. Just a few steps away from Clark (22--ten or fifteen minutes to iO) and Foster (92) bus stops, and right across the street from one of the Andersonville Chase branches. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and salons about. The Annoyance is about a ten minute walk away.
Looking to fill two spots on a one-year lease which begins May 1. The best part: heat, water, washer/dryer, cable and internet are included. Electricity and cooking gas are the only utility expenses, and the bill there is typically less than $20 a month when split by three. Security deposit required, though that is only $433. Most of the furniture in the apartment right now will be leaving with the current roommates, so a great place for someone who's looking to move with a load of furniture, or, conversely, someone who likes to live spartanly. Otherwise, the place is big, wide-open--lots of windows, plenty of light, and a decent through-breeze in the summer.
I am a 22-yo male, I walk dogs and work at a bookstore during the days, do my improvising at night. So I'm not around much, save late nights and some weekends. I keep very much to myself and stay quiet. Also like to keep the place looking as neat and dapper as possible. I'm looking for two people, male or female, any orientation, of roughly the same age (20-30), who are reliable, cool, and similarly neat & composed.
