I was talking to a couple of improv ladies that are interested in getting together and doing a dance/workout class. So here is the idea (and Fellas you are welcome to join!)
We the upstairs room at Gill Park. There will be 3-4 "dance captains". The Dance captains will each bring in a song on a CD. We will split into groups. Dance captains will exchange songs with other dance captains. Then your group will make up a dance to the song. You will have an hour to rehearse. Then we will perform the dances for each other. We spilt the room fee with everyone so if we have 30 people it will be $1 each. NO coach fee.
It will be a fun way to get to know other people and a workout that won't require you going to a "workout" class.
