I'm sitting here, at this desk, thinking about how much last night depressed me and then you Matt Hicks have to post this and completely drive me suicidal... again. Coming from you Mark that actually seems somewhat reassuring. I can't handle meds though, it just completely kills my drive and I am about half as productive and creative I feel when I am on them. I'm not totally nuts though, not nuts enough to deserve this string of bad luck I'm pretty sure. That's why I say the RIGHT meds, Nick. The wrong meds can seriously fuck you up. You've got to keep working with your doc to find the right combo. And it takes a good long while to acclimate to those new meds.

Keep on keepin' on and don't let yourself get too down. Remember, your 20s suck. It gets easier as you get further through them.

Wanna be real depressed?

You might think that the guys and gals on this website are douchebags. You think, "Yeah, they're hot, but I don't want to talk to them." But you know what? If they saw pictures of you, they'd think, "They're not hot, and I'm not interested in talking to them."

You'd bone them, but wouldn't talk to them. They wouldn't bone you, and wouldn't talk to you. They don't care that you think they're shallow. They think you're jealous.

And you would bone them. You think you wouldn't, but if most of the people on this site were nice to you, paying you a lot of attention, and trying to seduce you, they'd become much more charming than their pictures.

But worse? They have a more realistic chance of getting a job on television and movies than any of us do. They're going to be on Big Brother, or Real World, or Bad Girls Club, or Girls Next Door or whatever reality show about douchebags comes up next.

So the most depressing thing about this website? In most appreciable ways, these people are better than any of us. They're richer and more successful. They're thinner and stronger. They dress better, they get laid more, and they walk through the VIP door into clubs that we wouldn't get into even after waiting in line. If you went to a party with one of these d-bags, more people would remember them than you, and they'd go home with someone if they wanted. Probably with someone you wanted to go home with. And despite all your experience, training, and talent, they're more likely to be famous than you are.
