Harmony Yoga is a hot yoga studio in Chicago focusing on the Vinyasa yoga practice. Vinyasa flow is a powerful, energetic style of yoga combining the body and breath through each movement and posture. The room is heated to about 95 degrees, which raises body temperature, leads to increased flexibility, and allows the body to cleanse itself of toxins.
