Bow Chicka Bow Wow Wow

Does anyone remember the name of the comedian who used the phrase "bow chicka bow wow wow" (or words to that effect) when describing porno music? He was a late 80s/early 90s comedian that Comedy Central showed on their old stand-up shows ("The A List" etc), and the routine involved a plumber.

I think Brian Regan did it before Hicks

Unlikely, considering that Brian Regan was probalbly 15 when Bill Hicks did his routine. Because Regan didn't get known until the early 90's in NYC where Hicks was doing clubs and TV specials throughout the 80's and 90's until his death in '94. And, if he did; he's as big as theif as Carlos Mencia. Although, I did enjoy his "you too" bit.
